Talent Development

On Day 1, we will enable you to take control of your own destiny, regardless of your experience level, with a clear and transparent, personalised career pathway within the $Multi-million Cameron Kennedy Learning Management System (LMS).

Your development includes 24/7 access to the Cameron Kennedy LMS, where you can learn from over 700 recruitment videos for recruiters and managers.

Induction and weekly development training includes:

  • “Show me” sessions whereby managers or directors make live candidate, and client calls or review live call recording 
  • Workshop based sessions with workbooks and action plans 
  • Weekly training sessions run by a manager to alleviate an issue that staff may have encountered during the working week (e.g. countering counter offers, objection handling)
  • 250 page internal training ​manual covering every aspect of recruitment from attitudinal traits of top performers to major account development


In addition to our internal training, all our staff attend live training sessions per annum with internationally renowned experts such as Mike Walmsley. These sessions include one-to-one Zoom coaching sessions that drill down into the specific goals and objectives of an individual.
