  • Support training initiatives for key executives and staff to maintain awareness of governance, compliance, and risk obligations.
About You
  • Experience in governance, risk management, or compliance—ideally within financial services, legal funding, or insurance sectors.
  • A strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks and sound familiarity with regulatory and data protection requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with a methodical and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience producing reports and documentation for senior audiences and demonstrating sound judgment in sensitive matters.
  • Professional qualifications such as CGI, ICA, IRM, or a finance/legal accreditation (ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CPA) are advantageous.
  • Naturally analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.
