Job Title: Senior Manager

Salary £75k-£95k

Location: Hertfordshire - Hybrid Working

I am recruiting for a well established accountancy firm who are seeking a senior manager to join them to be the relationship lead for the business, you will be reporting into the Head of Department and be a key figure within the growth of the business. You will need to have strong client relationship skills as well as the ability to coach and mentor staff. You will run a team of staff providing outsourcing and compliance services. Responsibilities:

• Be the lead relationship contact with a portfolio of great clients
• You will build long lasting relationships with clients. Maintain and deepen customer relationships and be commercially focussed
• Coaching, mentoring and developing a team acting as a role model at all times
• Implement new ideas and ways of working to enhance business efficiency
• Be a technical expert to both clients and other members of the business

Skills Required:

• You’ll be qualified with at least 5 years Post qualification experience.
• You’ll have a pro-active approach to tasks whether they are big or small.
• Experience working in an accountancy firm or professional services business
• You’ll have previous leadership experience.
• You’ll have experience in spotting and converting commercial opportunities.
