Fund Accountant London (Hybrid policy model 4 days in office) Up to £60,000 + bonus + benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a technically strong Qualified Accountant to join a well-established and growing team in their London office. This is a great role for a qualified accountant looking to take the next step in a busy, client-focused environment with real responsibility and the chance to make an impact and will suit either a candidate coming from a firm of accountants or from the real estate or private equity industry. You will play a key role in the preparation of annual accounts, management of reporting processes, and delivery of high-quality accounting support across a varied portfolio. The successful candidate will also be expected to bring prior line management experience, including conducting appraisals and supporting the development of team members.
Key responsibilities
Prepare annual accounts to a high standard.
Oversee and review consolidation work and group accounts.
Support the production of management information and financial reporting.
Manage and mentor junior team members, including appraisals.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely outputs.
Contribute to a collaborative and professional team environment.
What we are looking for
ACA or ACCA or CPA qualified accountant.
Strong technical accounting skills.
Previous line management experience, including conducting appraisals.
Solid experience preparing annual accounts.
Strong understanding of consolidations and group accounts.
Preferably experience within the real estate investment industry, gained through audit or accountancy.
Confident, organised, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
