Key Responsibilities of the incumbent:

  • Keying Transactions
  • Processing internal bank account cash transfers
  • Updating client portfolios
  • Recurring tasks to ensure all systems remain accurate and up to date
  • Supporting the Head of Operations and Operations Team with ad hoc duties
  • Being trained on the business products as well as learning day to Operations tasks which help support the Investment team
  • Set up and management of customer accounts
  • Client onboarding (KYC IDV)

Desirable Education and Experience

  • 1-2 years working in an Administrative role either in a client support role or financial operations
  • Preferably educated to degree level

Required Skills and Experience

  • Must be honest and trustworthy
  • Knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills, written and oral
