SENIOR MANAGER - DEAL ADVISORY

The client is a global advisory leader in defining IT Strategies and managing large IT Transformations. They provide practical knowledge on emerging technologies and digital trends and a suite of capabilities to drive highly effective and sustainable transformations. Responsibilities:


Serving our medium, large and multinational clients on complex restructuring mandates and corporate finance projects


Operational management of multidisciplinary advisory mandates and project teams in the field of restructuring


Participate in the acquisition of new consulting projects and in the preparation of offers


Shaping and implementing market cultivation measures


Identification of growth areas of the restructuring consultancy in Switzerland


Collaborate closely with legal, M & A, Valuation, Transaction Services, Real Estate, tax consulting and consulting teams

Requirements:


At least 6 years of professional experience in restructuring, M & A / corporate finance or transaction services with a Big 4 or other strategy / business consulting firm


University degree (University / FH) in economics, accounting, corporate finance or similar


Additional training as a certified public accountant, CPA or CFA is an advantage


Native German and fluent English skills, further knowledge of languages is an advantage


High sense of responsibility and quality, ambitious and resilient


High analytical competence, self-employed personality as well as an integral team player


Experience in responsible consulting, project management, customer development and project acquisition.
