The Role

Your role will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Preparing the property records and checking the accuracy of data in our bespoke acquisition tool (Coyote)
  • Updating spreadsheets in Coyote to assign unique codes to assets and units
  • Generating and updating CSV (ETL) files that are automatically populated by our acquisition tool and importing those files into Yardi with the aim to complete the setup of properties, units and tenant leases on Yardi
  • Collating and populating all data required when a unit or and asset is disposed of.
  • Working with the local asset management teams to ensure disposals are accurately reflected on Yardi
  • Performing basic routine administration tasks within Yardi e.g. set up of user licenses, add new properties to existing property lists
  • Perform Yardi post asset acquisition configuration e.g. setting up bank accounts, adding contacts to property records, reviewing unit & lease configuration and amend as required

Who they are looking for
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Be a recent gradu8ate with a strong educational background
  • Knowledge & experience of using Yardi
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of accounting & real estate
  • Strong communication skills
