  • Responsibility for coding, testing/QA, documentation, release and on-going maintenance of applications
  • Business analysis, requirements gathering and solution design
  • Liaise with colleagues and Members as required in order to fully understand the business needs/pressures
  • Customer integration/system integration
  • New system build & existing application support/re-development
  • Report creation
  • Creation of user guides/manuals
  • Provide out of hours support to the support desk in order for on-going maintenance to serve the business need
  • Direct customer support and/or on-site support as required
