Our client is in the process of enhancing it's outsource service provision through Client projects by deploying leading edge technology and services for its clients. They have demonstrated excellent success in recent times with major client wins covering in excess of 10 locations worldwide, including UK, Europe, South Africa and USA, for the outsource arrangements of Fund Accounting and Investment Operations. Our client is increasing its talent to support the planning, development and roll-out of the Enterprise project within the Investment Operations arena and require keen and experienced investment operations business professionals to play a key role in the delivery of a successful solution.
The Client Service Analyst is responsible for various functions and tasks associated with supporting a major Investment Management company's European-based investment team and their Clients. You will be expected to proactively support the Investment Manager's Portfolio Managers with regular reporting on accounts or group of accounts together with satisfying ad-hoc requests as required as well as prepare accounting and performance reports for delivery to the Investment Manager's Clients and respond to client queries as needed before deadlines. You will also be preparing monthly templates containing portfolio characteristic information used by fund managers, sales and marketing, and you will be liaising with the client's internal reconciliations department and the Investment Manager's personnel to ensure timely resolution of reconciliation items relating to all cash and stock breaks. There will be regular reviews with the Investment Manager's personnel to understand current and future support requirements and involvement in the development of long term solutions to the issues that arise. You will also assist in the transitions process of new accounts and products and participate in local / global projects and initiatives, taking a lead role where required, and co-ordinate with internal departments to meet client needs. You will be working independently to research and resolve problems considering multiple avenues for resolution.
