Leading Wealth Manager based in London is looking for a Client Services Manager. This role is based within the Wealth Planning area and requires someone with a strong knowledge of Private Client side of the business.
- The specific responsibilities of the Client Services Manager are:
- Ensure the client service is delivered day to day to an exceptionally high standard
- Manage and develop the team (currently 6 individuals)
- Develop a strong relationship with the client facing teams ensuring good communication
- Problem solve more complex matters or client issues
- Work with the wider business to enhance our procedures, systems and controls to support business growth
- QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Extensive experience in a private client business
- Good knowledge of financial products across pensions, protection and investment
- Experience of running a team, supervising and developing staff
- Excellent understanding of key compliance requirements such as treating customers fairly, suitability and anti-money laundering.
- Understanding of the HNW market
