A leading Wealth Manager based in the west End are looking for a Document Management Assistant. This is a great role for someone who has a great eye for detail.
You must have previous DMS experience within Financial services and have good Excel skills.
PRINCIPAL ELEMENTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Management of change delivery
Adhering to Group mandated policies regarding document management
Updating and maintaining internal systems and libraries for standard documents
Supporting all other general ad hoc administration work for the project team
Managing issues and reporting to the project team accordingly
Effective status reporting
Timely and appropriate communication updates to be provided to work stream participants and line manager
Task prioritisation to be agreed with the line manager to meet the business priorities
