The role involves sourcing candidates for consultants via pro-active search and headhunting. The environment and industry is both fast-paced and competitive. We require high calibre people, who are able to speak and liaise with senior level candidates and clients. * Strong analytical skills
* An interest or experience in Sales

* An ability to research and communicate information effectively
* Excellent organisational skills are a must.
* Competent IT skills
* You must be entirely fluent in English both written and verbal and be able to write understandable English.
* You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a good phone manner
