Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in financial markets.
  • Eagerness to expand financial knowledge and grasp new concepts.
  • Demonstrated success in sales.
  • Exposure to competitive environments, whether in sports or professionally.
  • Native-level fluency in French.
  • Natural confidence in communicating with clients via phone, conference calls, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Articulate telephone etiquette to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Resilience to navigate setbacks and handle rejection.
  • Strong organizational abilities for managing an opportunity pipeline.
  • Experience in lead generation, including proficiency with tools like Sales Navigator, is beneficial.

The role:

Collaborating alongside your external wholesaling counterpart, your role entails overseeing the distribution of ETFs to French-speaking clients situated in areas such as Monaco and Geneva.

  • Collaborating with your external wholesaling counterpart, you'll oversee the distribution of ETFs to French-speaking clientele across regions like Monaco and Geneva. Your daily tasks will involve:
  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social platforms to foster connections and schedule meetings for your external partner. Meeting a set quota of outbound sales calls daily is expected.
  • Managing client relationships by maintaining ongoing communication and conducting follow-up calls.
  • Handling the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of calls and meetings while keeping client data updated.
  • Cultivating trust with clients through consistent communication and leveraging resources like market commentaries, webinars, and presentations.
  • Addressing inbound client inquiries regarding information, portfolio analysis, and fund comparisons.
  • Promoting and attending events, luncheons, and dinners to boost engagement.
  • Gathering market intelligence and staying abreast of market news and industry trends to enrich client interactions.
