​The Client:

Exciting opportunity to become part of a vibrant team dedicated to seizing opportunistic special situations investments across the capital structure. The business is expanding its investment portfolio and fund offerings, so are seeking talented candidates with expertise in private debt and/or equity.

Skills:

·         Minimum of 3 years of experience in Private Equity, M&A, Special Situations, or Restructuring from an Investment Bank or Boutique.

·         Strong academic background.

·         Exceptional financial modeling skills with the ability to create models from scratch.

·         Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

·         European language proficiency is advantageous.

·         Curiosity and a genuine enthusiasm for investing.

·         Capability to work independently and within a dynamic, entrepreneurial team, meeting tight deadlines. Three to six years of experience in private equity, leveraged finance, real estate finance, or other forms of private debt or equity.

Role Description:

·         Conducting thorough company due diligence in collaboration with fellow members of the Investment Team.

·         Performing market research for potential investments and existing portfolio companies.

·         Collaborating closely with other members of the Investment Team throughout transaction execution.

·         Monitoring transactions, including direct engagement with senior management of portfolio companies and overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting from portfolio companies.

·         Working closely with the Operations Team for investment monitoring.
