The Client:

An institutional business which has capabilities across investment processing, operations, and asset management, the company collaborates with corporations, financial institutions, and professionals, as well as ultra-high-net-worth families, to help drive growth, make confident decisions, and protect futures.

Requirements:

·         Having or actively pursuing qualifications such as IMC/CFA/IAQ, a pertinent bachelor’s or master’s degree, ACA/ACCA, or FIA is imperative. If not currently held, a willingness to undertake and successfully complete such qualifications is essential.

·         Strong pensions technical knowledge including DC and investment knowledge.

·         You should have evident experience in client-facing roles within the DC sector, which may also encompass internal client-facing positions.

·         You must demonstrate exceptional skills in client relationship management.

·         You should exhibit strong capabilities in project management, showcasing a proven ability to handle multiple agendas effectively.

The role:

·         Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing day-to-day inquiries and proactively managing relationships with both clients and their advisers; attend client meetings as needed and follow up on action items.

·         Prepare and assess quarterly reports for DC clients regarding investment and administration performance.

·         Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to cultivate and uphold strong and efficient relationships.

·         Serve as the main contact for administration teams, overseeing and coordinating administration delivery, and acting as an escalation point for complex cases, complaints, or corrective actions.

·         Contribute to the enhancement of the client service function by brainstorming ideas and implementing new procedures where applicable.

·         Identify emerging needs of DC clients and communicate them to the DC proposition team, collaborating on the development of solutions.

·         Assist DC clients in implementing member communication strategies.

·         Support the sales process by participating in new business proposals and consultant meetings to convert new opportunities into clients.
