They are market leading, dynamic quoted global manufacturing and distribution business. They have grown strongly in recent years organically and by acquisition and have a presence in over 18 countries. The have a new role that focusses on cost analysis and accuracy of cost reporting for budgeting purposes and co-ordinating budgeting. The role is an internationally focussed role liaising with offices in USA, Far East, UK and Europe.


To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of working experience at a senior financial leadership level with a strong focus on FP&A
  • Preferably with a manufacturing and multinational work history
  • Excellent communication and articulate. You will need to explain complex financial information.
  • Strong leadership and decision making skills
  • Travel to other locations when required


You will assist and support the FP&A team and help provide useful financial analysis. You will work alongside the senior leadership team and will present data request to the senior team at VP levels. This is a global role and requires strong cultural awareness as you will work with teams across the globe.


Reporting and Consolidation:

  • Oversight and preparation of the financial reporting and enhance current reporting procedures
  • Oversight of the financial strategic model

Process improvement

  • Maintain volume and margin reporting and develop the approach for the division
  • Support the implementation of SAP into the division

Approval Processes:

  • Support review of proposals
  • Support the review of credit requests

Cost Stewardship:

  • Consolidate and prepare SG&A budgets
  • Development and maintenance of production cost reporting
  • Review and analyse production costs
  • Manage the product costing approach

Functional responsibilities:

  • Support divisional region capital reporting and optimise
  • Development and maintenance of benchmarking of performance against competitors
  • Support risk management monitoring
