I am looking for a tenacious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a long-standing established company based in London to join our Accountancy and Finance team to work within our Commerce & Industry sector. You will join a thriving and growing team with the chance to work underneath an experienced team of directors with long term relationships with a strong client base.   • Business Development – Build strong relationships with new and existing clients via both written and verbal communications.

  • Attract candidates through job advert posting, CV sourcing through various job boards and our own internal database, LinkedIn recruiter and social media channels.

  • Screenig candidates, arranging interviews and making job offers to successful candidates.

  • Building your personal brand via social media channels e.g. LinkedIn.

Skills Required:

  • An experienced 360 Recruitment consultant with a track record in business development and delivery

  • Have existing experience working within Accountancy & Finance Recruitment (preferable)

  • Hungry to learn under very experienced directors.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and great attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated and target driven.

  • High levels of resilience to overcome challenging situations, setbacks, and disappointments.
