My client, a well known asset manager, is looking for a Japanese-speaking Client Services Analyst to join their team. The role will be providing a gold-standard client service to their Asian and especially Japanese clients.

My asset management client is based in the city and have been continuously growing for the last seven years. Their client services team is intrusted with liaising with pension funds, insurers, investors and financial institutions as well as internal teams to ensure that day-to-day operational queries are met and that ad hoc requests are met.

Responsibilities will include:

Management of several large accounts

Answering ad hoc requests from clients, working with Client Services Associates and Portfolio Managers to insure the service is running well

Project Managing the smooth transition of clients into the business

Liaise with custodians

Produce bespoke reports for clients

Project work - especially regulatory readiness

Experience required:

Fluent Japanese speaker

Client Services experience - Asset Management prefered

Knowledge of defined benefit pensions, insurance schemes and institutional investements

Excellent communication skills
