The Financial Management Group provides financial, tax and treasury services to all areas of the business. You will prepare and manage the distribution and cash management processes including FX trades, and their related documents, and review interim/annual financial statements, involving auditors, local services providers and internal finance/tax teams in order to ensure that companies are in compliance with internal and external requirements.

You will coordinate and lead the process for the preparation and audit of consolidated accounts (Lux GAAP and IFRS), and participate in the settlement of complex transactions including acquisitions, divestments, refinancing, mergers or derivative transactions, in conjunction with different internal and external finance and asset management teams.

You will be required to attend board meetings and shareholders' meetings for Luxembourg companies and will stay up-to-date on new accounting requirements and regulations in order to explore new potential opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will be degree educated with at least 2 years experience in an accounting, finance, or audit role. With sound technical competencies and excellent attention to detail you will be well equipped to deal with complex group structures and their associated accounting and tax issues. You will be fluent in English, with strong written English skills, and the ability to interact effectively with contacts both within and outside the business at all seniority levels. You will have intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, be highly organised and resourceful with an ability to multi-task and prioritise workload when working alone and as part of the team.
