My client is one of the world's largest asset managers, employing over 30,000 globally and currently listed as one of the top investment managers by AUM.

They are currently looking for a service manager with responsibility for keeping in close contact with a client making sure they are happy in a BAU environment and then being the point of contact as an escalation point for queries and providing help and analysis in respect of new requirements that clients might have.

The principle responsiblities of the role will be

Onboarding clients following handover from the sales team.

Portfolio restructures and amendments where necessary

Project managing any client events or onboarding activity

Portfolio Reviews with RMs

Preparation for meetings with clients and assisting the sales team

Correspondencing with clients

Answering client and consultant queries and acting as main point of escalation

Answering queries on client instructions, signatures, IMAs, fees, transaction costs / spreads, valuations, factsheets, performance, transactions, events, cut-off times and audits
