My client is one of the largest Financial Services firms in the world and is urgently looking for a PA/EA to cover a maternity leave.
They are looking for a friendly, organised and energetic PA/EA to organise 3 MDs in the UK and another two in the US, and act as an office manager thus it is crucial that this administrator has strong organizational skills.
As the role will have substantial project involvement, it is crucial that the candidate has strong SharePoint experience as well as experience working with multiple MDs across different locations.
