Experience and Skills Required

In order to be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Have 4-5 years of Fund Administration experience
Experience working in a Private Equity firm

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Director & Financial Controller, you will join a proactive operations department

Duties and Responsibilities

Core Duties

Monitor fund liquidity and manage fund capital calls·
Update and maintain private equity holdings valuations·
Liaise with the external fund administrator/ custodians to ensure correct NAV calculations·
Ensure all fund expenses are correctly reflected and apportioned to clients·
Review all performance and management fee calculations for accuracy·
Prepare periodic client private equity holdings reports·
Assemble and maintain private equity deal budgets·
Update investor share register where applicable·
Daily check of liquid portfolios to ensure compliance with relevant regulations·

You will also gain invaluable experience by assisting the Head of Department, Team Leader and other departments, with ad hoc tasks.
